Shipping
Shipping cost for the entire Mexican Republic is $150.00 pesos. From a minimum purchase of $3,500.00 shipping is free. For shipments to the United States, the shipment is quoted and a payment link is sent for it.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a period of 5 days only for changes from the day the package was delivered. These can be applied to the same model or to a different one, respecting the price that was ordered and if there is a difference, the same will be paid. Returns of any kind are not accepted, except if the product is damaged, out of stock or if it is different from what was ordered. In the case of a damaged or different product, an email must be sent immediately to contact@karatkantenah.com with photographs showing the damage or the error that was made by us when making the shipment.
There are no exchanges or returns of any merchandise with discounts.
Store Policy
We are not responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address if the error was on the part of the client.
In the event that a size change is desired, the return shipping is borne by the customer. Unless the part sent was the wrong one or it arrived damaged, we are responsible for the shipping costs.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following Monday or, failing that, one business day.
We are not responsible for delays by the logistics company.
When delivering the package we are not responsible in case there is no one who can receive the package at the delivery address. The couriers make two delivery attempts and if they are unsuccessful, they return the package. In the event that the package is returned to Karat Kantenah, the customer will have to pay for the cost of forwarding.
Care Instructions
Being fine jewelry, it is delicate and should be cared for as such. To prolong the life of your jewelry we recommend the following steps:
- Remove jewelry when applying creams, perfumes, or any chemical or oily compound.
- To clean your jewelry we recommend using a 100% cotton cloth, you can use one you have at home or buy our cloths. The use of any chemical of any kind, such as soap, is not recommended, since some models have a gold plating and this can wear out.
- Let's remember that since they are metals with which our jewelry is made, being 925 Silver and 925 Silver with gold plating, they tend to oxidize on contact with oxygen, so we recommend the following steps to avoid this as little as possible. After using your pieces, always clean them with a 100% cotton cloth, then store them in the plastic bag provided inside the box, making sure that it is well closed and finally you can store it in its box.
- Karat Kantenah is not responsible if your jewelery has been cleaned with chemicals, special jewelery solutions or polished.
- Avoiding salt water prolongs the life of your pieces, since it can easily deteriorate.
- When using .925 silver, it is totally normal for it to darken since silver is a metal that reacts differently in the environment and in people's PH. If this happens, we recommend you clean your piece.
- We highly recommend that if you do any type of sport, remove your pieces to avoid damaging them.
- Add a last point that says "Since these pieces are made of 925 Silver, it is a malleable material, that is, it does not tend to be as hard as gold, so some pieces, if they are not properly cared for, can lose their original shape. We recommend that in one-size rings and bracelets, you do not open and close the piece frequently since, as mentioned above, the metal is malleable and if it is opened and closed many times it can break Example: If you bend a clip in both directions many times in a row, eventually it will break. Having said this example, we recommend that once you find the ideal size for you in terms of ring or bracelet, you should not frequently change the size.
Size guide
If you don't know your ring size, don't worry, you can find out by following the steps below. You can tell by measuring one of your rings or your finger, either by diameter or by circumference.
By diameter the ring is measured:
- You place the ring on a ruler with centimeters.
- The inside of the ring is measured approximately in the middle of the ring.
- The measurement given on the inside is the measurement of the diameter.
Measurements:
Talla 6 : 1.7 cm in diameter.
Talla 7 : 1.8 cm in diameter.
Talla 8 : 1.9 cm in diameter.
By Circumference the finger is measured:
- You need a ribbon, yarn or similar.
- The ribbon is tied around the finger that you want to know the measurement.
- Once you already take the measurement on the bar, you place it on top of the ruler to be able to get the ideal size for you.
Measurements:
Size 6 : 5.4 cm circumference.
Size 7 : 5.8 cm circumference.
Size 8 : 6.1 cm circumference.

Warranty
Parts have a 90-day warranty. Which is valid only if the piece does not have any blows, visible damage, rupture or any sign that it was manipulated by people other than us. For the guarantee to be valid it is necessary to send an email to the mail contact@karatkantenah.com explaining what happened and a photograph of the piece to follow up. Once the guarantee is processed, a complementary guide will be sent to you so that you can send us your part and fix it or, failing that, replace it.
If we receive the part with any damage mentioned above and that was not shown in the photos sent, the part will not be repaired or replaced. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping if it fails the warranty parameters.
