The day the order is placed, generally within a period of 24 to 48 hours from the date it was placed, your order is sent and we will provide you with your tracking guide as well as the parcel. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following Monday or, failing that, one business day.

We ship to all of Mexico with a standard cost of $150 pesos. United States, under quote and delivery dates depend on parcel. We work with a company called "envia.com", which can randomly give us packages such as DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, among others. We send you your guide number and the parcel used once the package has been sent.

For shipments in the United States, an approximate date of delivery of the parcel is quoted.

You have 24 hours to contact us by email: contact@karatkantenah.com Explaining what happened with your name and order number, as well as the new size or product change if applicable, or pay the difference. We recommend you check your order before making the purchase and verify immediately as soon as you make it. Sometimes we send the products the same day of purchase, so if your order was already sent before you notify the error, you must wait for your package to arrive at your home, receive it and send it again. In this case we are not responsible for shipping costs.

All our pieces are made with 925 silver and some are gold plated. For pieces with silver, if they begin to dull, it does not mean that it is losing its original color, it can be cleaned without any problem and it recovers its original shine. Getting dull or starting to stain your skin a bit is totally normal and it doesn't happen to everyone, this is because silver is a metal that reacts in the environment and to people's PH differently. To try to avoid this, we advise you to clean your pieces from time to time.

The pieces with a gold bath are made of silver and a gold bath is given on top. In this case, due to the normal use of the parts, they wear out. That is, the more you use them, the more they wear out and dull. The only solution that we can give you is to offer you a gold bath service under quote so that your piece can return to its original color if you wish.
